○ Remove cobwebs*

○ Clean stove and oven exterior

○ Clean microwave interior and exterior

○ Clean fridge exterior

○ Clean all toilets/showers/bathtubs

○ Wipe down shower glass****

○ Wipe all mirrors**

○ De-fuzz furniture

○ Vacuum/Sweep/Mop

* Reach is limited to approximately 8ft. Cleaners may be able to reach as high as 10ft depending on the accessibility of the surrounding area.

** A fragile or irreplaceable item is likely to be skipped

*** As long as there are on-site laundry facilities (paid laundry costs must be provided to cleaner before the cleaning occurs)

**** Some unmaintained shower glass cannot be restored, but all attempts will be made
